The Previvor - a comprehensive resource dedicated to empowering individuals who are at a heightened risk of cancer due to genetic mutations like BRCA. It provides education, support, and advocacy for those navigating preventative care options, helping them make informed decisions about their health and well-being. This was my go- to source when I first learned I had BRCA.
The Breasties - a beautiful community which brings together survivors, previvors, stage IV thrivers, and caregivers impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers. Through this platform, I connected with seven strong women from across the country who were undergoing surgery around the same time as I was. We provided each other with invaluable support and encouragement in the weeks leading up to our surgeries and throughout our recovery journeys.

Sarah Wragge Wellness- My education on nutrition began when I signed up for coaching with SWW. Sarah and her team are a wealth of knowledge on all things wellness. They offer a six week program and 1:1 coaching. I had the pleasure of being coached by the lovely Annie Dixon who provided guidance on achieving my health goals and optimizing my overall well-being in light of my BRCA2 risk.
Parsley Health- Through Parsley I furthered my education and treatment with an Integrative MD. This service takes insurance.
